About
I stepped into my first food plant…
It was a Mexican foods operation plant where they made tortilla chips, taco shells, and flour tortillas. My first observation was why were all the chips falling on the floor causing fires underneath these massive ovens — and how can I implement a solution to fix it?
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of designing and starting up new plants with a variety of processes for meat, bakery, snacks, grains and more. I’ve traveled the world to find new and better equipment that can run plants effectively. I’ve built teams and developed a culture of positivity that focuses on keeping a strong growth mindset.
All this experience has led me on this path to this moment.
