Working as a project engineer for the first decade of my career, I learned how to evaluate, design, install and launch production lines as well as entire plant operations.

By managing single and multiple sites, building teams, and chasing improvement opportunities for profitability, I know how to both avoid the pitfalls of plant design and optimize the food plant properly.

Contract Manufacturing

Working as a copacker to companies such as General Mills and Kraft Foods, it’s important to align capabilities and commitments, as well as establish a true relationship that is beneficial to both parties.

As the plant leader for a variety of food industries, from baking to dairy, and confectionary to meat processing, I’ve been able to assess numerous food and beverage processes and truly grasp how to run operations effectively.
